Today when I walked out of the studio I was surprised to smell something sweet and sugary. For a second I thought it was the candy bar I have in our boutique? No, couldn’t be, then I just figured as my optimistic self would that it was the sweet smell of something good to happen. Cotton Candy is such a treat, it melts in your mouth with no effort, it gives you a sugar kick. It’s funny you get this huge puff of sugar on a stick, there is no real way to eat it gracefully so you dive in head first. I love how the cotton candy takes over your face and you are left with a sticky mess all over. Not super glamours but so much fun.  

I am sure all the dentists out there would not approve of my love of the super sugary puff but you only live once. If cotton candy makes you smile well then, go ahead and enjoy. FBS approved.

It’s the simple things in life that make you feel so good.  

So the next time you smell something sweet think to yourself,  Something Great is about to happen.
