    Chocolate Cashmere

Here are the ingredients for the decadent Chocolate Pudding, don’t you dare go looking for fat-free substitues for any of them!

    Chocolate Pudding

    3 egg yolks

    1 whole egg

    1 cup sugar

    3 tablespoons flour

    3 tablespoons cocoa

    2 cups whole milk

    2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

    3 tablespoons butter

First step is to beat the yolks and the whole egg together and set that bowl aside. Whisk the sugar, flour, cocoa, and milk in a medium saucepan until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Turn on the heat to medium and cook the chocolate mixture, stirring all the while, until just under a boil. Remove it from the stove, and whisk in the egg mixture very quickly and very well. Put the pan back on the stove and , while stirring constantly, continue to cook for another minute or so until it is lovely and thick. Remove it from the heat and then whisk in the vanilla and the butter. Sinfully rich and luxurious.
